Delivery

  • Your delivery driver will arrive between 1 hour – 1 & 1/2 hours before your event start time. Food is transported in foil half pans & is delivered hot and ready to eat. All orders include disposable serving utensils & labels.
  • Delivery with a basic setup includes disposable chafing dishes, wire racks, deep pans, and sternos. Disposable tablecloths are optional and cost $4.00 each (black & white). The cost depends on location. Set up without disposable chafing dishes will be left at the delivery location where the client prefers and will stay hot without heat for about 30 – 40 minutes. Delivery, including disposable chafing dishes, includes set up and will stay hot for up to 2 & 1/2 hours.
  • Delivery with formal setup includes a tablecloth, metal chafers, light table decor (if applicable), serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, and utensils, as well as breakdown and pick-up. This service starts at $450.00 and can increase based on location.

Service

  • Service for your event is optional. The service includes buffet setup, service, clean up, and all buffet equipment, serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery. This service starts at $650.00 for 2 hours and can increase based on the length of service time.
  • Service is an hourly charge, so please calculate your time accordingly when booking.
  • If you have specific themes, decor, or color schemes, please let us know.
  • Stoneware setup includes heating pads underneath white stoneware with a formal setup, light table decor (if applicable), plates, napkins, utensils, as well as breakdown and pick up.

What form of payment do we accept?

What time will you arrive to drop off my food?

We provide a 30-minute delivery window about 1 hour before your event start time.

Can I make changes once my event is confirmed?

You can make changes up to 2 weeks before your event. Headcount increases only can be made up to 1 week before your event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are nonrefundable but transferrable. Depending on when your event is cancelled, forfeiture if your deposit or full payment for the event might be due.

How will I keep my food warm?

The food will arrive hot and ready to eat. The food will stay hot for about 30 minutes without heating elements. We recommend adding disposable chafing sets to your order if you don’t plan on eating right away or expect service to be long.

What if my event is last minute?

While we do try to accommodate most orders, last-minute events are accepted based on availability. All last-minute orders are subject to a rush fee. Please submit a quote request, then call 301-852-4400.
